نویسندگان

چکیده

This work studied the antioxidant and anti-colorectal cancer properties of a potential strain thraustochytrids, Schizochytrium sp. (SMKK1), isolated from mangrove leaf litter. The biomass was extracted with methanol screened for activity using six different assays. extract exhibited highest total (87.37 ± 1.22%) lowest nitric oxide radical (75.12 2.22%), increased concentration extract. methanolic further tested in vitro cytotoxicity on colon cell line (HT29). also analyzed polyunsaturated fatty acids GC-MS. five predominant HTVS-based compounds, viz., arachidonic acid, linolenic acid (alpha-linolenic gamma-linolenic acid), eicosapentaenoic docosahexaenoic were identified extract, these against protein IGF binding (IGF-1) silico docking method. results revealed that all compounds capable destroying oncoprotein responsible anti-colon carcinogen, based activation energy good hydrogen bond interaction proteins. Of most effective, having score −10.8 Kcal/mol. All passed ADMET test hence accepted clinical trials towards development anticancer drugs.
